My washing machine was delivered to me and immediately did not work. Additionally, the washer was dirty and had some pieces of cat vomit in it. They never returned my phone calls. The woman kept telling me that she tries calling me, when I continuously call them back to follow up, but finally it was discovered that she had the “wrong number”, even though, this same woman had the right phone number to call me earlier that morning to set up delivery time. She assured me that I would have a working washer by the next day and I would get a call. Next day came and I had to call them again and again and again and again, basically all day. Then I was told that the service guy needed to do some research and then would schedule a service appointment with me, after I told him this was not acceptable and I was told that it was going to be taken care of today, he hung up on me. So this was NOT going to be taken care of today. I told them the day I received the washer and the following day that I did not want a service call, I don’t want them to come out and try to “ fix” the washer. It should have been fixed prior to delivering to my house. Now I just want my money back and them to come and pick up their broken washing machine. Then they said that they all sales are final. Yet there is nothing I ever got from them that said that and I was never told that they day I called to tell them that they just gave me a bad washer! So basically they just stole my money! What a bunch of frauds!!!! They refuse to come and get their bad washer. All they say is that they will fix it. They should have done it in the first place and the fact that they gave me this bad washer to begin with and with their lack of response to fix it, I have no confidence that it will actually get fixed. Plus, after the fact, reading other people’s review on Google and the Better Business Bureau, I have no confidence that they will work with us. All I want from them is for them to pick up their broken washer and give me my money back.
