My boyfriend and reserved a room on Thursday to come stay on Saturday night and we came in to check in the lady Renee laugh and was rude and unkind we told her we going stay somewhere else I called on Saturday afternoon to cancel reservations the next morning I notice I miss call from the hotel so I called to see what's going on the manager was in the back round I talk to Renee again she was rude and said I did a no call no show I said I called Saturday afternoon she showed no you check on reservation no so not only is Renee a liar ride and she charge my account
