It's Just Okay 7/23/2005

As far as the accomodations, it's your standard Holiday Inn, comfortable and affordable. When it comes to the restaurant, The SImmering Pot, it leaves much to be desired, either that or we caught them on a bad night. My wife ordered the grilled tuna, and it was overcooked and tasteless. I ordered a steak done medium-well and it was blood red on the inside, black on the outside. PROS: Typical Holiday Inn, clean, comfortable and affordable CONS: The restaurant is awful, eat somewhere else more

Our Home Away from home! 6/10/2005

Three years ago we had a fire in our Kitchen and stayed here for two months. These we the nicest, friendliest people that we could have hoped for! From the Returant staff to the hotel maids they all quickly became like family to us. We were always treated with the utmost respect and care. The food at the hotel Resturant was always good and the kids ate Free! The outside pool was very relaxing! We have many fond memories of our Summer here! more
