When it's time for service on our water treatment system, I call Quality Home Products and specifically ask for Jared Castro. Jared has been servicing our system for the past 3 years and I trust his recommendations. During the service he advises what is necessary to do today, what can be put off for a year or maybe two and shares any new advancements or longer term solution options available. He is very conscious of keeping our house clean and protected while doing the service. I strongly recommend Jared Castro at Quality Home Products. more

Water filter service 1/5/2018

We have used Quality Home Products (Quality Water Products prior) to service our Rainsoft water filter system for 22 years. They always provide excellent service! They installed our original system and then later moved it to our new home. This time our system just needed salt and reprogramming, nothing major. I called at 5 pm the evening before and they were able to schedule me for the next day! Zane came out and was very professional and personable. I appreciate working with a company who employs honest and professional service technicians. more
