We have been using this place for a while now, and they deserve to be commended for their fairness and honesty. On several occassions they have been willing to work with us on various options for vehicle repairs and add-ons like tinting windows. They are always courteous, well-priced, and HONEST! Not many mechanics who can get that type of review from their customers. Keep up the good work! more

Their price was higher than a national chain nearby, but the owner told me that he had interviewed to work with them and asked them how they stayed in business by charging such a low price. The local chain told him that they normally end up charging about 3 to 4 times the advertised price by telling the customer that they need more than just brakes. The most unprofessional auto shop. I bring in my vehicle to them in the morning and did not hear back from them all day. Then a part was needed for the vehicle and we waited to hear back of how much and they say oh we were waiting for the go ahead from you...Well we cant give the go ahead if they do not call us. Also I brought my vehicle in for one specific thing and end up having to bring it back due to me not being able to drive the thing any more. Coincidence dont think so. We all know vehicles get old, but for me to never have a problem with that specific part and then it all of a sudden breaks....highly dont think it was due to age. Especially since it was very close to the part they were working on in the first place. more

Great Service, fair price, tough to beat! Worth every cent! 5/11/2011

I recently purchased a 2002 Oldsmobile Silhouette Minivan with just over 100,000 miles and was interested in finding a good repair shop that would do work on it, providing just the repairs I need, not a lot of extra things that weren't necessary. As a test, I had them check the brakes, which on my own visual inspection seemed ok. To my satisfaction, when they did the brake inspection they said the brakes were fine and that I probably had a good year left on them. No charge and a great experience, fast, friendly, no appointment needed, very clean and considerate guys at the shop. more

Great Mechanics 4/5/2011

I have had multiple cars worked on by Quality Brothers even prior to them officially opening their new location. They have fair prices and guarantee their work. They take a personal interest in getting your car repaired right the first time. I did have one issue that I had to take back in. They got right on it and fixed at no charge. Everyone is looking for a shop they can TRUST. This is one. more

Big shout out to Quality Brothers Automotive for getting rid of the voices (okay, maybe not "voices" exactly, but rather squeaks, squeals, grinding and other plaguing noises that accompany a car in peril) that have been haunting me and my family while driving in our family wagon. more

Our all time favoriate automotive shop 3/2/2011

We have used Quality Brothers for over a year now. There charges are always less the what we have been quoted from other automotive shops. They go out of their way to provide great customer service. They will even come and get your car for you if you are having troubles getting it to their shop. We have used them for our old Chevy truck and our Honda van and have been extremely happy with their service on both vehicles. I never hesitate to to recommend them to anyone. more

What a Great Auto Shop!!! 3/2/2011

I was given a business card for Quality Brothers a while back, so when my car wouldn't start I gave them a call. He actually came to our apartment to look at it. I got a ride to work and gave him my phone number. He called me back a while later and said it wasn't the battery, but the alternator and I asked him to fix a few other things that needed repair. He gave me a quote and got it fixed that day. more

These guys are the best 3/2/2011

I don't know what the one-star guy is talking about - we've used Quality Brothers several times and they go above and beyond to make sure things work right! We had a window break on our van and they fixed it for a whole lot less than other shops, we also had a radiator fan go out and, once again, quick turn-around and great work. And then they put in new spark plugs and wires and the van drove soo much better afterwards. Great guys - I highly recommend them. more

Great Auto Shop 3/2/2011

The challenge is always to find a competent and honest automotive repair shop. This shop fits the bill in every way. They know what they are doing; their work is excellent, and they are focused on customer service. Best of all, they are completely honest. They don't fabricate what needs to be done in order to jack up the bill. And their invoices are really reasonable--much cheaper than the national names. They have my business and they'll have your continued business if you will give them a chance. more

Great service!! 3/1/2011

This is the second time (maintance) I have had them work on my truck and I will continue to go back! Great work, fast, no stress and they didn't over charge me! They even offered to drop off my truck or pick me up.....you don't get that kind of service with the "big name" places. They are bringing back the Quality that made this country great. Way to go guys!! more

If the rest of the family is like these two numbskulls, we are all in danger. NEVER go here. EVER. I cannot stress that enough. They ruined my car, and now I am in the process of having a real mechanic try and fix the mistakes of the quality brothers!! more
