Thanks for the timely service! Polite employees, patient with explaining the options and how to program the thermostat, cleaned up the house and yard when finished. They very kindly helped us decide on a system that would best suit our home and needs. more

Helpful and reasonable 7/15/2011

Of course, our air conditioner stopped working on what feels like the hottest day of the year. Randomly called this service seeing the reviews here. I left a message and got a return call within an hour. Mike tried to help us diagnose it over the phone. He was helpful and friendly, and then came to our house within the hour. The solution was simple, but his service fee was still very reasonable. more

Over the Top Service 6/24/2011

A/C was out in my daughter's bedroom. I sent a request on Sunday and I received calls before 8. That was great because normally I would be the one calling again to see when I schedule an appointment. There were obstacles, but he came out that same Monday and checked my A/C unit. He diagnosed and got my A/C up and running. The service was over the top. I would recommend him again. more

A Quality Professional You Can Trust 6/16/2011

Throughout the installation of my new HVAC unit, Mike and his men were prompt, extremely friendly, and even more efficient than the unit they installed. Once the work was completed, Mike explained everything they did. He and his crew replaced the entire unit and duct work, and they left our attic cleaner than they found it. Because I worked in construction for 10 years, I've seen HVAC companies leave behind old equipment and even their lunch. In a world where it's getting harder to depend on contractors to do what they say they'll do, it's refreshing to know there are still some quality professionals you can trust. more

Incredibly Dependable 6/15/2011

My husband and I recently purchased a home built in the 1980s with the original heating and air conditioning unit. After several estimates from HVAC companies, we chose Mike with Quality Heat and Air. When he came out for the estimate, he was upfront about the issues we faced, spoke in a language we could understand, and even said he could save us money by reusing perfectly good registers in the ceiling that other companies said needed to be replaced. Not only was his estimate the most reasonable, but no other company offered us options based on the efficiency of the units. Thanks so much! more

The air conditioner I had was outdated, wasn't cooling my home, and was running up my electric bill. The service was great. I'd already been scammed by Mr. Central, who charged me 300 dollars to clean the unit with not improved results. Quality air gave me reasonable prices for a new unit and helped me get finance. more
