Editorial review from Citysearch 5/30/2013

We had a lot of past due accounts and as a result poor facility funding. With the help of Qualified Property Management we were able to get a handle on our accounts and get residences caught up on their community fee's. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 11/1/2012

Wonderful company! Our community has been with them 7+ years, and I've worked with them as a board member the last 2 years. Very helpful, do as we ask, and make sure that we stay within state guidelines to protect us. Jerry K. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 8/9/2012

Very professional. We had some sinkhole issues come up during their 3rd year with us and they were able to quickly determine the situation, get experts on site the same day as the event, and get our insurance company moving on the claim right away. more

Can't say enough about these guys. Have helped us out for a couple of years now and lived up and more to every promise! more

Best Property Management Company Ever! 4/16/2012

Took a load off our backs 3/27/2012

We had a large number of delinquent accounts in our condo, and nobody wanted to make the phone calls. In many cases these were our friends and neighbors, but something needed to be done. Without dues we can't keep up on building maintenance, and other necessities. Qualified was able to come in and PROFESSIONALLY take care of the issue in a manner that helped everyone involved. I can't say that this problem of past due payments has completely gone away, who can in this economy, but the burden of collections has been greatly decreased with their help. more

QPM in there to help stretch our association dollars 3/15/2012

Nobody likes to be told what to do or how to do it, but that's what you sign up for when you live in a Deed Restricted Community. Everybody likes a clean neighborhood, club house, swimming pool, tennis courts, etc... but to maintain those amenities, dues have to be paid and the rules followed. Qualified Property has done a great job on enforcing the rules of our community (that we all agreed to.) I'm not on the board in my community, but I attend the meetings and see their job. It's a time consuming and thankless job that I have no interest in, but it needs to be done. Thank goodness that we have QPM in there to help stretch our association dollars and keep MY neighborhood looking like it did the day I moved in. Since the economy has gone downhill and foreclosure on the rise and I know a lot of other communities that show neglect. Thanks to a good board and great help from Qualified Property, we're in good shape. more

We had lost control of our condo, QPM saved it. 3/13/2012

We got Qualified involved with our community after researching how other condos were run. After years of neglecting our documents and by-laws we realized one day that we had lost all control of the entire community. We had no power to enforce the community rules, properly collect dues, or the funds to keep the buildings properly maintained. After visiting some friends who had beautiful facilities I inquired as to how much they paid in dues, to my great surprise it was less than I paid. I got our other board members involved to do some research and found that Qualified Property managed their facilities. After an extensive interview process, witnessing first hand their work, and listening to other customers we decided to move forward and sign up. Its now our second year and we could not be happier. If you are unhappy with the way your condo is run, don't sit by and let it fall apart. Do your homework and make a change. J. Stone more

A God Send! 3/8/2012

QPM is a God Send!!! Our last managers made paperwork a mess, and were always dropping the ball on dues and violations. We've recently signed up for our 3rd contract and have been with them now for 7 years. My HOA could not be happier! more

Just signed up for another term 3/6/2012

Our condo just signed on for another term. Couldn t be happier with our service. Since they came on code enforcement issues have been taken care of, paperwork is a breeze, and they even intorduced us to a company that helped us with some of the forclosure units so we could get the dues caught up. A Step Up! 2/28/2012

QPM called us up a little over a year ago to see if we would be interested in changing management companies. Our term was about up with our previous company, and to be fair they were an OK group, but after looking at what QPM had to offer we made the change. What a difference! We have immediate access to our records online; violations are taken care of immediately, our paperwork issues vanished... I could go on but you get the picture. Do yourself a favor and take the time to talk to them, listen to the testimonials of other communities (in person) and do your research on what they offer. You won't be disappointed! more

Helped save our community! 1/24/2012

I live in Pasco and I can tell you, my community was hit hard by the housing market dump. We have a modest size community with 500+ homes, and at least a quarter of them are in foreclosure or the owners have stopped paying their dues. As a result our amenities were in deep trouble because the community essentially to a 25% pay cut. We don't exactly have money to spare, every dollar goes to repairs and general upkeep of the facilities. When things started to get really bad, QPM came in and showed us solutions that enabled us to get the money we needed to keep things running. The best part of this is that the resources they introduced us to collected on the back dues and foreclosures, not on us, so we didn't have to pay them back! Its been over a year now since QPM stepped in with their resources and our community is now stronger than ever more

Helped Our Board! 1/20/2012

I sit on the board of an HOA in Seminole, FL and we had need of a new management company a year and a half ago. We interviewed 4 different companies that all claimed they were the best, all have stellar references, and ALL had various degrees of online reviews... good and (often) bad. In the end, we selected Qualified, and have never looked back. It is amazing what you can find or justify if you really want to prove something with information found on the internet. If you are on a board and serious about your position, don't take the word of some random comment box about how well a company performs. Any disgruntled lunatic with a keyboard can have a voice online. Instead, do the responsible thing and talk to current customers. Talk to board members. Talk to those who have use their services and make an informed decision. In the end, I would ask you to treat my comments as you would any of the others. Don't trust it. Don't take these words on face value. Don't JUST Google it... Do some (real) home work and you will come to the same conclusion that I did. QPM is the best at what they do. more

Good company with staff that do all they can 11/3/2011

The board I'm on is only over 125 units, but QPM treats us like the big communities. We had some problems a few years ago with keeping up to date on State regulations and ordinances, QPM was able to advise us on the right course of action and even provided training. I'm sure that for our size we are probably one of the bigger thorns in their sides with all of the questions and needs we have, but their staff always treats us with respect. If you're looking for a company that knows how to help an association, Qualified Property Management is it. L. Kempner more

Qualified = Quality: Good guys who have a tough job! 10/31/2011

I have been on my community HOA board now for a couple of years and have had nothing but the best service from QPM. I see a lot of angry comments posted on these guys by angry home owners who just have a beef about getting served with violation notices. Unfortunately, these messengers are often getting ""Shot At"" for being the bearer of bad news from the HOA. Part of the attractiveness of living in a Deed Restricted Community are the clean streets, parks and activities, but to maintain that, rules (which are known from the beginning) have to be kept. When those rules are broken, then everybody gets all bent out of shape. Give these guys a shot, you won't regret it. They take all the pot shots and hits the public can dish out and keep on doing their job so guys like me don't have to get their hands dirty. H. Stobaugh more

The Best Choice for Our HOA 10/27/2011

I highly advise anyone - or Board as in my case - to do their homework. It is easy to fall sway to internet reviews, good and bad. Often times we feel the ability to post the whims of our hearts with no thought to the repercussions... but I digress. My point is this, do what we did; pick up the phone and call clients, visit other associations, HOA's, condo's, etc... Large or small, a Board has the responsibility (and liability) to protect members from the unscrupulous. Qualified Property Management has close to 200 associations as clients, and my board and I spoke with at least a quarter of them - before we even got serious about a contract! We spoke with groups ranging from the very large, to the smallest, and while there were lots of opinions the overall response we got was professionalism and quality. I can also say the same of my experiences. So take the time and do your job (meaning your homework) and choose for yourself. We did, and we're thrilled with the results. S. Richey more

PAID OFF TEN FOLD! 8/16/2011

Our Board of Directors and Officers put out a request for management letter last year and Qualified community management was one of ten companies that was invited. (Yes i know, ten, a little excessive but we have been burned in the past) I must say we are a younger board and are avid internet users, and I was the one who came across some bad reviews for Qualified and some of the other companies bidding ont he account and brought it to everyone's attention. more

9iron Exposed 6/9/2011

Allow me to expose 9iron. He is a General Contractor that was subcontracted to perform a project for our privately owned commercial building. He was caught performing shoddy work and failed numerous county inspections. There is current litigation pending against him, therefore I cannot go into detail, and can not name him or his company. I can not tell others who to or not to hire, however from my own personal experience, I would NEVER, EVER use his service again. He left his ""crew"" unsupervised on site, and skipped over hundreds of required screws, lag bolts and bracing on roof trusses. I have had reputable engineers, architects and general contractors alike question how the State of Florida could have possibly issued him a GC License. At the end of the project, he had the audacity to ask for an additional $3,000.00, even though it cost us over $5,000.00 to rectify his faulty work. So if that qualifies me as a ""lying, no good piece of you know what"" then I guess I am guilty. Those who know Harry or I professionally, know that our reputations and track record are impeccable. We pride ourselves on honesty and proessionalism when conducting business and feel bad for the likes of those who resort to slander and libel. more

BE CARFUL DO NOT HIRE 6/7/2011

BE CARFUL... DO NOT HIRE QPM THEY ARE BAD NEWS LYING NO GOOD PIECES OF YOU KNOW WHAT... THEIR CONTRACTS ARE BOGAS AND THEY WILL CHEAT YOU 100% OF THE TIME!!!!Frank Saccone and Harry Burnard have been aiding a abetting unlicensed and uninsured contractors and subcontractors on Properties which they manage. they indicate that the individuals they place on these properties are licensed and insured and managed by QPM, how ever as an EYE WITNESS ACCOUNT. I know for a fact the group of individual ""handymen"" have been performing scopes of work such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, insulation, acoustical ceilings, masonry, concrete, construction of fire walls, tampering with Fire lines and pendants, roofing... you name it, they have been doing it! all without the proper licenses and insurance, then once they finish the remodeling of commercial and residential units... they lease them to the public, who by which have no idea that the major mechanics of the property have been installed by; yep you guessed it.... handymen. This could be going on, on every property they manage!! BE CARFUL... DO NOT HIRE QPM THEY ARE BAD NEWS LYING NO GOOD PIECES OF YOU KNOW WHAT... THEIR CONTRACTS ARE BOGAS AND THEY WILL CHEAT YOU 100% OF THE TIME!!!! more

Not Recommended. Qualified Property = Poor Quality 1/5/2011

Qualified Property does not live up to its name in its service to associations. Their sales pitch is full of promises that their personnel do not deliver. I recommend that you do not sign a contract with this company. Our association has had nothing but poor service from Qualified Property. They don't follow a board of directors instructions and do things their own way. We greatly regret even getting involved with this company. more
