Wow! I just read the other review and I think they may be talking about another hospital. I have had nothing but very positive experiences at Quail Pointe. Dr. Ford and her entire staff are warm, friendly, very helpful and funny. I have been to most animal hospitals in this area and have never felt so taken care of. My dog even likes going in the building. They are very busy, and I have had to wait up to 15 minutes to get into a room, but the receptionist always keeps people who are waiting entertained and posted as to what is going on and how much longer it may be. I do remember when the credit card machine was down, I too had my dog there being groomed, and I was told twice that I would need to pay by cash or check, I can't imagine they neglected to tell this other person 3 different times, and even if they did, "stuff happens" he should feel good knowing his dog was well taken care of, and they didn't let a business glitch interfere with that
