calling another vet in the area, I was informed without telling them about my situation that a lot of other people had switched from Quad-County in Windsor to them because of, "situations with their receptionist." It's such a shame that he would choose her be the first impression of his place of business. Moreso, it's such a shame that a lady in her 40's (if not 50's) hasn't learned a thing about being professional in the workplace. These people are extremely unhelpful and rude and uncaring.
