Worst

Their ad says "0 down, no dealer fees, sign and drive". Get there and you will find they want over a grand in "fees". Wasted my time because I won't deal with liars.

Never again!! I bough a '03 from them and the trouble started, no kidding just after I signed the last of the papers. It has only gotten worse from there. I've had this car less than 2 months and I have already paid over $1500 in car repairs. I live over an hour away from them and going there to have them fix it would not be an option for me if I lived next door. The car is a piece of trash and I currently owe so much on it I couldn't sell it if I wanted to. TRY to tell them what problems you're having and they'll tell you bring it in and we'll cover half the repairs. WHATEVER! How about selling a car that won't break down - no kidding - I have the repair bills to prove it, once a week since I have had it! WORST EVER SCAM! more

My credit is horrible because Of medical bills due to having cancer, I needed to find a car that was econimical to get back and forth from home to dr appointments and treatments. No one would help me, until I walked into qablawI's. People on here are saying that the employees there are rude, mean, etc. I have to disagree, maybe you went in with a bad attitude, I don't know but I can and will tell you this, I have never been treated better when it comes to dealing with any dealership! Seriously, we all know it's true, when you walk into a dealership where they employee 30 salesmen, you are just a sale walking in the door, when I walked into qablawI's I was a person. My husband and I met Todd in sales who introduced us to Tony and Tony worked with us and had many cars that he could put us in, and we drove home that day! No problems. Then my husbband decided he was going to get me the little red Mazda miata that was sitting on the lot that I had fallen in love with, again Todd and Tony helped him as did Tammywqith the final paperwork, I drove off the lot one happy little camper!! I can't tell you how it feels to walk onto a dealership lot and everyone say hello and call you buy name. So now wqe haves 2 Cars. My daughter needed a car so she and I went back to qablawI's. She ended up laying away a car, yes you can do that, she went every payday and applied money down until she had the down payment, the day she picked up the car, she was so excited. Now here we all are 6 months later, taking advantage of the upgrade program that they have, you know, you can buy the car and if you pay all of your payments on time they will let you upgrade to a newer vehicle, or basically any vehicle as long as you can pay the payments!! My daughter and I went to qablawI's on Wednesday, she drove away in a jeep, I drove away in a 2008 ford focus, which I totally love, and today my husband went to qablawI's and drove off the lot in a 2006 Toyota tundra, sharp looking truck!! I also noticed today that the lot is full of newer vehicles and nice ones as well. We have 3 younger kids, who will be needing cars and I know where I am taking them. Please dint let the negativity on here talk you out of going!! If you do, then you have missed out on something great. I mean, come on, what other place let's you upgrade in 6 months, none that I know of because when you buy a car as soon as you drive it off of the lot you are upside down in it, so trying to trade it is a pain, and they would laugh at you if you said you wanted to do this, unless of course you have money to throw away and just keep trading in brand new vehicles. So the upgrade program is awesome, The service department, is just that a service department, Bruce is a wonderful person to work with, I had a problem with the car my husband had bought, I called Bruce, set up an appointment, took the car in, came back later in the day, car was fixed. I think the people that are complaining on here about the service needs to realize that if you call and make an appointment, things will go a lot smoother! Tammy, Jen and Kim in the office, they know what they are doing and the do their jobs above and beyond, as does Kenya. NO, I do not work there, I know everyone because as of today we have purchased our 6th vehicle through them, they treat us like family when we walk in the door. So wipe all the negativity out of your head, go to qablawI's with a smile on your face because there is that 99% chance that you will be driving off the lot in a car you like, W all dislike people who have attitudes, so I feel the ones on here that are complaining are the ones that have the attitude, because the only attitude I have found when I go into qablawI's is the kind I enjoy being around... last week i went to qablawi auto sales to get a new used car,because my oter onei had got repoed thanks to the economy,so i bought a 1998 expedition, i was promised that anything i seen that i didnt like or what i found would be taken care of,and i did find that the a/c wasnt blowing as cold as i wanted it to, so cesar set me up with bruce at service, and i was treated like i was the queen im so glad i made the choice to buy my vehicle from qaablawi, i seen where some one had a bad experience there,and my opinion is that biiitttccchhh is crazy. thank you qablawi.for all your hard work and promises.. more

Stay away from this place!!!! 2/17/2011

We went here looking for a truck, and with the bad economy our credit isn't so great. They had a decent truck for 5500. The a/c didn't work and the radio was missing, but they promised to fix it. We live 45 minutes away and drove up three times before we were able to get the vehicle. Long story short, DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!! Found out a few days later that the frame was twisted and no matter what we do the front tires will continually camper out. Were talking a $500 fix every 6 months or so. Not to mention tire costs. They hard wired the electrical which is a FIRE HAZARD!! We ran the check and found it had been wrecked in 2005. They have sold and repossessed the vehicle 3 times in 2 years!! The photos are from 2 years ago!!! DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR A PIECE OF CRAP!!! more

the only reason i give it one star is because i must,for all you people who want this place shut down lets team up and make it happen,that bad when the owner must spend all that money to place a ad on tv because he rips poeple off,look at the rate on city search how could he go from 1 star to 4 stars in 5 months,he must give good deals on cars for trade.he is the bank have you seen his prices on all that junk the worst sales staff i have ever seen they look like criminals half of them dont even have any teeth.how profetional is that.how convient if your car breaks down,they rent you a car ha ha. more

I am a single mom of twins, I picked Qablawi Auto Sales for my vehicle as my credit is bad because of late or missing support payments. They worked with me to find a vehicle for me that was in my price range for my down payment and bi-weekly affordable payments. If they will work with me then they will work with you, they are even helpful to work out any issues that face you as a customer. I look forward to my upgrade with no money down and free oil changes and tires being offered by them now. more

I drove from Kissimmee after a bad experience at another dealer and was so happy with the EXCELLENT customer service that I received-I was struggling to find something with such bad credit and as soon as I walked in the door everyone was so helpful even though I had horrible credit and needed their help-I was treated with respect, got a great vehicle, and feel I am on my way to rebuilding my credit which I thought was impossible-I really can't thank one person there-I would have to thank everyone involved and say that I will always be a satisfied and returning customer. more

I bought a nice little honda civic 2002 about 1year ago and it has been a great car. I have nothing bad to say about this place they do give you a chance to take it to a mechanic. They encourage it. They told me keep it as long as you want we drove it around I would recommend them to anyone who is down on there credit They did me right. the sales men where very\r nice to me in helping me pick out this car i also got a $100.00 ref for having my buddy buy a truck from them hes also happy with the deal they gave him .\r \r more

NEED HELP GETTING A VEHICLE-THIS PLACE IS SECOND TO NONE!!! 11/13/2010

CHECK THEM OUT AND DECIDE FOR YOURSELF. Most unique dealership ever (for over 18 years). They have over 200 vehicles on site to choose from. They have a warranty on every vehicle. Mechanics and shop on site. They offer you cool benefits, refinancing your loan or upgrading your vehicle once you have a good payment history. Wow, no one offers this stuff, not even big dealerships. I have bad credit now. It was good until this economy caught me. I needed transportation and due to my situation now needed some help. They helped me. I too would have been skeptical, but I was referred to them by both a relative and a friend. Boy, were they right. They worked with me and my current situation. I bought a vehicle and it runs good. Developed a small issue after, and they fixed it right away. When I was late on my payment, they worked with me. They do not even charge a late fee until after 10 days. Try that somewhere else, anywhere else. Other dealers charge you one right away and many shut your car down with a device they install. The moment you are late, they push a button and your engine dies. This happened to a friend of mine while on the highway and they almost crashed with steering and brakes now hard to use. I stumbled across this site trying to check out another business and read these reviews. You know what they say, if someone is unhappy, they will tell a hundred people- if they are happy, they tell no one. What a shame. CHECK THEM OUT AND DECIDE FOR YOURSELF. I've read some of the reviews here. But I must say, of all the Buy-Here/Pay-Here or In-House Financing dealerships in Central Florida, this one is the BEST. I'm not going to compare them to a new car dealership that has zero interest offers (if your credit is over 820), BUT, compared in the In-house financing world, Tony has the best dealership. I know that I over paid for the car by about $900 or so, but I have the peace of mind of knowing that the Service Dept is right here to inspect and repair any problems I have. I'm not a fool, I know used cars that were auctioned are going to need service one day or another, but so would any used car you buy anywhere, the deciding factor for me is the fact that I can bring the car to their mechanic, if I had bought the car from Ft Lauderdale that I liked, I wouldn't have a service dept. that I can count on. more

BUY FROM QABLAWI IF YOU HATE YOUR MONEY 9/1/2010

This is the worst dealership I've ever seen. They're just a bunch of crooks and I've done my research way too late in the game. Unfortunately I set out to purchase a car for my husband who didnt have great credit so I thought in house financing would be the answer but God was I wrong. This has been the worst mistake of our lives. We're both young military personnel and this dealership has sold us a car that has literally sucked us of our hard earned money. Not only do we have the stressors of defending the country but now ourselves in our own country by greed! I am so dissappointed that this dealership cannot be shut down. If I give this dealership ONE star, its because the website requires a rating. This dealership is a freakin joke and I hope if you are looking to purchase from them, please know no matter your situation there's other options. More reputable options. This dealership has a ""F"" from the Better Business Bureau (which is the next place I'm headed to) I'm having the same issue as BobbyKarl. But thank you for confirming my doubts. I will be taking my car (whats left of it) elsewhere. more

DON'T FALL FOR 50% LIMITED WARRANTY SCAM 8/26/2010

This is the oldest trick in book used by sleazy used car dealers. They sell you a car that they have not bothered to inspect and will ultimately have alot of mechanical problems in the future. The 50% warranty on all repairs and parts for a year sounds attractive at first, until you see in warranty that any repairs must be performed at their shop. When repairs need to be done, they come up with the ""real"" estimate, and then simply double it. Then after applying the ""50% discount"", you arrive at the true cost of the repairs. Bottom line, the ""50% limited warranty"" is simply a tool to generate work for their repair shop. Several months ago, their estimate on my repairs (even after the supposed 50% discount) was still more than what another dealership repair shop had estimated. I got smart and went elsewhere for repairs. more

BEWARE! TAKE MY ADVICE 3/6/2010

I have seen this 99 jeep on auto trader for about 3 weeks. thought it looked good so drove 40 mins from Orlando to Cocoa to check it out. Got out there and asked to look at the jeep and the sales man was Very Rude. He would not pop the hood or let me test drive the car. He wanted to to agree to buy the car then I would be able to take it for a spin. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not to mention the false advertisement. On cars com the car was listed for 3,990 auto trader was 4,990 when I asked the sales man he told me the higher price. I checked out kelly blue book before I went out there Excellent condition was asking 4,700 the cars had def been in an accident. It was a joke. Just beware they were very shady. more

Very Poor Custoemr Service!!!! 2/13/2010

I live in Michigan and was looking to purchase a car in Florida while I was down there with family. I found several cars at this location, so I called to find out if they were available. The ones I was most interested in were sold, so I asked about what was currently available. The sales guy took my contact info and details about what I was looking for and said he would email more info about the two vehicles we had discussed briefly. Later, I receive a email with the forms for financing. I called back and ANOTHER person took all of my info and said he would call me in a couple hours. Three days later, I tried one more time. This time, the ""sales manager"" kept pushing a single truck - with a broken back window. he wouldn't tell me the price or the VIN. He said he would go out and get the tinfo and call back in about 5 minutes. This was over 8 hours ago. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy go to this dealership, just based on the service I have gotten. i would be afraid to see what kind of personal or followup service someone would receive. Don't look for Qablawi for customer service!!! 12/8/2009

Well, I have 4,000 in cash to spend on a car, but the car I want is a mazda Miata, 5-speed w/convertable top. I have researched these cars and its what I want, long story short, this Mazda showed up and it happend to be from Qablawi, I love the fact thats it's down the road from where I live, although I am willing to drive anywhere in florida for this car. Anyways, It's a plus that I found this car right here in town, but it's not a plus because they have very crappy customer service. Well I call the guy from Qablawi today and he was very rude to me not just the fact that he didn't seem to care whether he sold it or not, its was his very rude tone of voice and he hung up on me when I started to ask about the car. I am torn, I want the car very badly, but I dont like the customer service, I am only thinking of how they will be if something is wrong with the car and I need repair or something. I did buy a car from them 8 years ago that did loose a transmission 8 months later, but I and my friends did dog the car a bit, so I am willing to give them a 2nd chance when it comes to the quality of they're cars. I hope someone can give me advice on these people, and I hope that I have helped someone else as well. Thank-You and have a nice day. Pros: Worst customer service in town; but you may like that.
