I scheduled my 6 year old's birthday party here last year a month in advance for a Saturday in February at 3pm. The staff double booked the party and decided to call me on the Friday prior at 11 am and ask where we were? I told her there must be a mistake in the scheduling of the business because I wouldn't schedule a birthday party on a Friday when my child and all of her friends would be in school. I asked to reschedule for another date, and there weren't any available until May. I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked her how I should tell my child there weren't any other available dates in the near future? and also asked if I could have my deposit returned to plan for another location. I was told I would not be receiving my deposit back because this was the slot I scheduled and we were a no show. I asked to speak with the manager but she wasn't in this day. I told the woman on the phone that I needed her manager to call me immediately to resolve the issue...with no avail.I continued calling and leaving messages with no return call from the supervisor. I went into the business and the manager was not there. I left my phone number with the receptionist. I never received a call and I never received my deposit. My 6 year old did not celebrate her birthday party at all last year. I was so upset with the injustice of this situation and the way the business handled it, we skipped a party completely. If your children love this place, and you love this place, then take them. I'm just sharing a personal story which has resulted in my refusal to give them my business. Unless they have a new scheduling system, and new staff, I would never recommend planning an event here.
