Th e service was terrible. They make you pay before an image can be uploaded. I called to make sure I would be able upload one they told me the file was fine then it would not go....

I am a graphic designer and from my perspective, PsPrint LLC does a fantastic job. Customer service is great and I love the way I can post an info note right to my file. I use an iMac and Adobe Creative Suite and so far have sent my Illustrator files as PDFs with great results. more

Excellent printing and customer service 5/7/2010

PsPrint LLC has given me only the BEST in printing. I love how I can upload my files via the web from their website with the use of FTP on my site. I also love the way I receive my proof at my home quickly via UPS and can approve the printing or change my preference right online immediately. GREAT JOB! more

Good: Fast, professional, knowledgeable, sincere service. I really got the impression that all of the people I dealt with during the course of my two orders were genuinely concerned w/ helping me to get the best results possible.. Bad: Nothing. Improvements: I couldnt think of any..... Other: The printing itself has exceeded my expectations. The colors look better than when saw I them on my Mac's screen while designing, the fonts/ text are super sharp and crystal clear. The pricing can't be beat. I couldn't be happier and I look forward to using PS Print for all my printing needs as my business grows.. more

I ordered 500 brochures from PS Print from my Publisher files. The result was spectacular! And the service was great, too. I uploaded the files Thursday night and the order was shipped within 24 hours. more

Great prices, turnaround, quality! 3/10/2010

We've been very happy with PSPrint. We've placed about 6 different orders from them and had great results. Recently, I had a design issue with a file and while there was some delay in getting help, once I had Brian in the graphics department on board, my issue was resolved within minutes. We will continue to use them and I'd recommend PSPrint without hesitation. more

Incredible Service--Great Product 3/4/2010

It doesn't get any better. You make it and size it. They inspect it, make it work, ask you if there is a question, charge a reasonable price, and ship it within a few days. I ordered 500 simple post cards--they came through very professional and just as requested. I only wish every vendor online could operate like this company. Five Stars aren't enough! IJ N. Good: My experience with PS prints has been great!!! Keeya Jones is our graphic designer. She is the best!!! We have changed so many things through this process and she has been so co-operative and helpful. Her designs were right on par with what we wanted. We feel the price was reasonable for the services we received. Keeya was very helpful in all aspects of this order. She was on top of everything, very quick to respond to any questions, and just all around fun to work with.. Other: If I were asked who would I suggest for print jobs my answer would be PS Print. My experience with them has been great. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They all want to please the customer. Thanks for the excellent job and for everyone's help on a brochure that our office is very proud of.. more

Graphic Design god: Brian Bernardino 2/19/2010

I have to take the time to send my utmost, indescribeable appreciation to PSPrint's Graphice Designer Brian Bernardino. I was at my wits end with an important and very problematic document that needs to be printed ASAP. I would have NEVER been able to fix the document on my own (graphically challenged). Not only was Brian able to offer me choices on how to fix it, but he was EXTREMELY expediant in determining and executing the solution. The cost to repair my document was very minimal and COMPLETELY worth every penny! I never expected such excellent, fast service. I am in awe that I received not only these things, but kind-hearted HUMAN (not automated) interaction with your company. I send you ENDLESS THANK YOU'S!! more

Customer service is great 1/18/2010

Our company recently went through the process of ordering stickers trying to use an old jpeg file. It wasn't usable as is, but within a matter of hours PS took care of the graphic fix at a very reasonable rate. The communications were almost like using a chat room, the responses were so prompt! The Fellowship of Christian Modelers salutes PS Print for fine customer service! more

Prepress Issues 1/13/2010

While PSPrint continues to offer very good prices and promotions, as a graphic designer I find their file preparation requirements quite tedious, a bit vague, and often don't cover problem situations. Guess that's how they offer low prices, by passing on the prepress work to the designer. I need to charge more when I know they will be printing the job. more
