I wish I could give a great review. I had a few issues with some of my care from Pryor Family Dentistry and even penned a letter to Dr. Pryor himself but never got a response. His front office read my letter and commented on it themselves and said he got it but that he did not like confrontation. I wanted to discuss with him in person why I was so disappointed with my service, not angry, disappointed. Seeing how he did not even take five minutes to speak to me was enough for me to have all of my records transferred. In business you will have people displeased with service and it is how you take responsibility for that service that makes you a great provider. I will not go into detail about what I felt was a mistake but am still very disappointed that after years with the clinic and a lot of money spent he could not be bothered to speak to me directly.
