Our first experience with Provena was when we took the childbirth classes. I found those to be helpful and the people who taught them were very nice. I ended up staying at Provena for almost a week when I had our baby because I went in early for an induction and ended up having a c-section. I thought that it was nice that in the postpartum rooms there is a full size bed for your husband. I might be impressed easily, but I liked the fridge stocked full of snacks, and the menu that you could order anything on. They give your husband a couple of free meals too. My husband enjoyed having garlic bread with his breakfast. I had some nurses that I loved, and some that I could have done without, but I think that it's that way anywhere. Overall, I thought that Provena was a nice, clean hospital with updated features and friendly staff.
