Worst experience ever. I have never written a review of any company - although I do often read them, but this one warrants 5 minutes of my time to save others from the nightmare we experienced with this company.
We moved to a new house that already had a protection one system in it, called customer service the day before the move to get signed up and PAID ahead the fee to have someone come out and change the keypad codes and first three months of monitoring. I was interested in adding CO monitoring so I called back and they sent out a sales person who tried to tell me we needed a whole new GSM and that the monthly monitoring rates would go up by at least 12$/month with little to no real explanation of why, or why when we talked to the representative on the phone to pay ahead, did they not honor what we had discussed. It took a week to straighten out the fact with them that we were not interested and wanted our money back - we never got a return call from the district manager.
I also had to call back today (a week after I was told on the phone my money would be refunded) to check on where my refund was - well, turns out no one bothered to process it, so now i have to wait another several days to get my money back.
