Courteous 9/16/2011

I've been to this place about 3 times now: 1st time was for brake service, 2nd was for alignment, and 3rd was for a smog. They've always been really nice to me and really courteous. I'll go back if anything is wrong with my car. more

New to Town 8/8/2011

I recently moved to California from Iowa and I knew that I had to get a smog check and I was not sure where to take it. I found out from a co-worker that Protech Auto Service does a great job and are inexpensive. I am glad that I listened because he was right. I highly recommend. more

They are extremely knowledgeable and takes a sincere interest in the problems I am having with my vehicles. You don't mind paying a fair price if you know you are not being cheated.What want in a auto repair shop is honesty! This place offers good prices, but more importantly an honest evaluation and very fair treatment of customers - very rare in this industry!! I love this place! Highly recommend! more

New Found Hope In My Car 7/15/2011

This really is the best auto shop in Tehachapi. I came in with a spewing radiator, serious doubts about my future in car-ownership, and a check engine light that had been on and stayed on through visits to multiple other repair shops. ProTech gave me a new radiator/hoses, great customer service, and a new found hope in my car. I really appreciate the swift service, open communication, and really wonderful experience overall I had here. more

My car needed an inspection badly, as I was overdue by a few weeks. I found this place and I waited to get my car inspected and it passed with flying colors. I will be back because the guys there were friendly, not creepy (like most auto shops appear to women). more
