Dr. Prosser's office is extremely friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever had to sit in the waiting room becuase they are always on time. But it is a very nice waiting room - sometimes I'm thinking it would be nice to hang out a bit, but I never get to. They look up insurance information for me whenever I need it and are extremely accurate every time. Everytime I call I get the receptionist immediately and never have to wait.
Pros: Always on time, extremely personal care, great communication
