DO NOT RENT FROM THE PROPERTY MART! It is unbelievable how they treat their residents and they could care less what happens to you. Yes, the houses seem cute and affordable, but dealing with the management team is the worst thing I have ever done. They have lied to my face, my roommates face and are stealing peoples money. Hopefully, they will be shut down ASAP and if you are in Statesboro, Ga please do not rent from them and warn everyone you know.\r

If there are any positive, good reviews on this place, it is not customers, but the people that work there. The people that work in the office DO NOT SMILE and ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.
