I have worked with PIT for several years and consider them the Pinnacle of excellence as regards Property Inspections. I would personally never buy a property not inspected by one...

Doug Lessa spent a good deal of time explaining and testing in this remodeled small condo unit. He was able to identify some minor issues that the seller will rectify. more

The inspection cost a bit more and took longer than I expected, but I was pleased with Doug's thoroughness and approachable manner. 8/12/2010

The inspection was informative and overwhelming, but Doug was careful to clarify which issues I needed to address and which ones were simply an FYI or something to keep an eye on going forward. He used language I could understand and make sense of. And the written report is a work of art! more

Property Inspection Team - Best In the Business! Hands Down! 8/4/2010

As a Real Estate Agent working predominantly with Buyer's I often need to refer my clients to a home inspector.
