We've used Prolectric at home and at my place of business on many occasions and its always been good. The service is timely, and prompt. They do a good job, and have reasonable prices. I've been using them for 4 years. They run electrical lines, repair conveyors, computer boards, and replace receptacles, at the household and commercial level. I highly recommend them. My expectations when most people come to work for me are low, so I won't be disappointed, but they have far exceeded my expectations with the quality of their work. more

I had them out to do a few things. They checked my main breaker box, checked some of my ceiling outlets to see if there were shorts or anything, and fixed my ceiling fan. They were fantastic. They were very professional, astute, and checked everything to make me feel safe and happy. more

Would recommend and use again 12/15/2014

This company was very polite, both over the phone and in person. The technician arrived in a timely manner. They didn't make me feel like it was a waste of their time even though it was a small issue. They explained their charges and did not add in extra fees. The technician answered my questions about other issues that were not part of the original problem as well. I would call them again if I have future problems. more

Today is the third time ProLectric has done work for me. Jesse Burke has done the work each time and is always prompt, polite,works quickly and does good work. We had an electrical problem that we were quite concerned about. ProLectric came out in a short period of time and repaired it. I was quite pleased. A previous electrical company had told me that it would be a much bigger and more expensive job so we were very concerned. But ProLectric actually made it a much smaller job. It was wonderful. more

We go for quite a while back with ProLectric. They have never mistreated us, and they have always been very good and quick in their service. It's been so many years, I forget how I first found out about them, but I believe I found them in the phone book. Even after all this time, we have had absolutely no problem to be unhappy about. They been more than good for us. They have gone out of their way to help us with electrical issues, and the follow-up and repairs were really great! more

ProLectric didn't give me my best bid, however, I went with them based on their knowledge and service he provided me. He gave me suggestions on how to rectify the service issues I was up against. Although they had a slow start, they did end up finishing by the completion date. They did a very good job and didn't hammer me with extras on the final billing. more

I have had trouble finding ANYONE in the area to install a microwave. I like things done quickly. They scheduled me right away and it was installed the next day!!! They are wonderful! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. I am extremely satisfied! I wish everyone had the same customer service that PROLECTRIC gives to their customers! Thank you so much!!! more

I called ProLectric late in the afternoon. I needed a repair guy to meet and coordinate with my plumber. They were able to get together and cooperate. The issues at hand were resolved in the proper amount of time. I thought ProLectric did outstanding work and worked well with my plumber. When he was done, he asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I went ahead and had him check out a couple of other things since he was there, it was great! Seriously, these are the kind of people I want to work with. He was well-mannered, knowledgeable and handy. For that quality of service, I'd definitely use them again! more

My home had a significant electrical surge during a storm which blew out my HVAC, garage door opener, cable, TVs, telephones, computer and some outlets. Jesse Burke came to the house right on time, which was so appreciated. He was thorough in his inspection of everything and suggested I have a ""full house"" surge protector placed in my electrical panel. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the price was for not only that, but for all services provided. I've also worked with ProLectric at my place of business and I highly recommend them. Very trustworthy! more
