Typically I go to this practice at their Olentangy office, but as I've recently moved, the Westerville office is a bit closer. I called them February 27th, to complain of pain in my breasts. I was told that a nurse would be calling me. After a short wait, the receptionist called back and said that the nurse agreed that breast pain should not be taken lightly, and that I needed to come in right away. I would have gone in that afternoon, but my husband works (he uses the only car we have), so I went in the next day.
I was seen by Dr. Moulton- my first experience with her as a patient of this practice. She was very friendly, and though she didn't find any lumps or anything obviously worrisome, I was grateful that she decided to run some blood work and she also referred me for a breast sonogram. I'm only 31, so I think that this isn't something probably most doctors would bother with- at least that's the impression I get.
That ended my experience with her so far, but I'm so thankful for not just telling me "no lumps. You're find" and that's that. I went in the next week for a sonogram (and ended up with a mammogram as well), and discovered there was an area of interest in the breast I *wasn't* having a problem with. Things worked out, and hopefully in 6 months, my follow up exam will find that nothing has changed.
