I have tried CVS & Walgreens and had bad experiences with both; not just once but many times. Professional Building Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. The Pharmacist is knowledgeable, they don't try to change what your doctor wants for you, and EVERYONE that works for is very freindly. Best customer service ever! more

Best Pharmacy Ever 4/25/2009

I've been doing business with these folks for about 15 years and this is the way ALL businesses should be run - not just pharmacies. Their customer service is second to no one else I have ever seen. Pros: quick; every employee acts like you're their only customer more

GREAT PHARMACY in the Clearlake, TX area 3/9/2009

The pharmacist here is very attentive, very knowledgable, and very customer service oriented. The staff is pleasant, little or no wait time - and they care about the people! Not just the money running through the machine. Forget big chain pharmacies to whom you are nothing but a number - check out Professional Building Pharmacy on Medical Center Blvd behind the service station at Hwy 3 & Medical Center. Pros: PEOPLE ORIENTED! Cons: NOT EVEN ONE! more

Tired of chain pharmacies with long waits and less-than-stellar customer service? 8/3/2008

Professional Building Pharmacy has been serving the Bay Area for 20+ years and has always been my family's pharmacy. In this day and age it is hard to find a pharmacy where you can drop off a prescription any time during business hours, get first hand knowledgeable interaction and excellent customer service from the Pharmacist, and receive your prescription is under 15 minutes. Don't buy into the hype of the chain pharmacies and their outlandish wait times to fill prescriptions, support an independent local pharmacy which has supported the Bay Area, the NASA space program, and the medical community with great enthusiasm since it opened.
