This company was very polite, both over the phone and in person. The technician arrived in a timely manner. They didn't make me feel like it was a waste of their time even though it was a small issue. They explained their charges and did not add in extra fees. The technician answered my questions about other issues that were not part of the original problem as well. I would call them again if I have future problems. more

These guys are great. I called them on a Thursday night around 8pm because our electrical mast was partially detached from the side of our house. It wasn't an emergency, but it was something that was going to need to be addressed very soon. Prolectric had a guy at our house around 8am the following morning. He took a look at the problem, suggested a few options and said that they could have the work done by that afternoon. I went to work and, when I got home at 5pm, everything had been taken care of. Everyone I spoke to from Prolectric was incredibly nice and helpful, and I'll definitely be using these guys for any future electrical work I need done. more

I upgraded my house from 150 to 200 amp service. This work required extensive coordination with external organizations like Georgia Power and the city inspector. In total, Georgia Power came to the house 3 times and the inspector came 3 times. Proelectric made all coordinations. Jesse and Aaron worked on my upgraded system so quickly that I had power restored to the house in a matter of hours. I would recommend them to anyone. more

They're very reliable. My facility is dependent on up-time for profitability, and they understand that. So anytime I have an issue, they, in a short time-frame, get somebody out to diagnose and fix the problems to get us back up and running. We work very well with ProLectric. more
