Great service, friendly, Estimate price is price you pay 12/8/2011

My 2004 Explorer had a serious problem with the rear differential Pro Transmission was recommended by my regular maintinance facility at Webster Square Tire (thanks jerry) I dropped the truck off tuesday morning at 8 am recieved a call about 2 hours later with a diagnosis and a price estimate (a free estimate) the truck was repaired by 4:30 pm the next day and the bill was no higher than the estimate. I was very surprised my the level of professionalism considering it's an auto repair shop. I have had such awful experiences at repair places, and was expecting the same from here. But fortunately I was wrong. They're really great guys here, people you can trust. more

Unreal! I've never found a truly trustworthy mechanic in my life, but I have now. Awesome place. Serviced my car and they actually talked me down from service I thought would have been necessary. Love the honesty. They've got a customer for life in me. more

I don't know much about cars, but they were very nice from a customer-service respect and very fair when it came to the price. They called to update me on the progress of the work on my car mid-day, and called again to let me know that it was done. They were very patient and able to explain the clutch problem I had with the car to me, someone very ignorant when it comes to the subject of car mechanics. I have confidence that they'll take care of me and my car. more

They fixed the suspension on my Mercedes E500 and were very easy to deal with. Pricing is fair and they do great work. Would highly recommend them to all those looking for expert mechanics who do clean work and do not overcharge. more

There aren't too many car mechanics that are trustworthy. Sometimes you don't know what you'll get until its too late. Not here. They are the best. The owners are friendly and honest...and they do a great job. Pricing is more than fair and the work is reliable. more
