Was way overcharged on parts and labor!! Called other places and even a GM dealer and parts and labor were MUCH cheaper!! I called up Pro Auto and asked what the heck was going on and why my 17 year old son was overcharged on everything? The parts were way over what even a GM Dealer would charge! For the labor cost he said the books say it is 1.9 hours and the shop rate is $88 per hour. Um, Ok, that's $167 and you charged me $210.89! Their solution? With a smug attitude I was told ""Bring the truck back into our shop and we will put the old water pump back in the truck, I'll write you a check and you can go somewhere else."" Would never recommend to anyone to go to Pro Auto & Transmission Repair in Hutchinson!!
