Printer Repair Pros Inc

The owner told me on the phone that it would take 1-2 days to fix my printer. I didnt get any calls and it took 8 days. When id call back they would say 1-2 days. Then when its finally fixed he says I can go anytime 9-6 and i show up at about 2 and no one answers the door. I call him he tells me they should be there no one shows up so I leave. Then when I finally get it he doesn't even give me a discount for all the hassle when I had to pay at kinkos to print pages for my business during this entire time because he didnt tell me it would take so long and I had no choice. I couldve sent it to hp and gotten it fixed with warrenty if I knew it would take this long. Printer fixed ya but service was ridiculous! I have no complaint about their service except for that our printers keep getting messed up no matter how many times they come out. They come out monthly to our company but sometimes I see the guy come out 2-3 times a week! Then I see him back again. Sometimes I wonder if it's out printer or them......there's no telling for us but to pay the bill. Our printer is a huge commercial multifunctional laserjet. more
