Where do I start? It took me 10 years of to find a printer in NYC that could meet my super high standards, tight deadlines and still be reasonable as far as price. I have recommended Print Icon reapeatedly to all of my fellow art directors and designers -- Print Icon is a super valuable resource for the NYC design community.\r I am nothing but WOW'd by every experience I have had with Print Icon and so are my clients! Customer service is fabulous, Shiva is a goddess (print estimates are received super fast) and the pressmen (Navid, Jerry, Jose P, Jesus & Brian) are a pleasure to work with and never say NO to my crazy requests (of late - printing letterpress (full coverage) on the back flaps of envelopes, the result -- gorgeous! Printicon is a tremendous resource for New York and the Flatiron district's design community. I'm honestly not sure I would still execute print jobs in New York without a team I could consistently rely on with such certainty. Clients in this city are demanding, deadlines can be absurd, but Printicon will see you through and in good spirit. \r \r Particularly when working with tight budgets, I have done my due diligence and shopped projects around. I simply haven't found the comfort or quality level elsewhere. Every member of the Printicon operation is highly skilled and invested in the quality of their work. They are proud of what they do and they should be. Nothing comes close in my 15 years of print-related design experience. \r \r On so many occasions, someone has stayed late or come in early because they intuitively sensed that a specific job was truly important to us. Recently, I was out of town and a job came off press. Our client in DC pleaded with me to send them samples for a morning meeting. I couldn't possibly do it, it was 7:45pm and I wasn't even in Manhattan.\r \r Andrew at Printicon called me and said, hey, we're closing here, but I could quickly box it up and speed it to UPS on my way home by last pick up. This was the worst printing experience I've ever had in my life. Print Icon lies about what they will do and when your project will be done. I had to call them every day to ensure the job was going through because they would always try to delay it with lame excuses. \r \r When I relayed this horrible experience to a friend, they laughed and said they had experienced the same thing. \r \r There are much better shops which are more cost effective and great quality. Some online shops which are out of state are also terrific. I would never recommend these guys to anyone. I have been a graphic designer for 8 years and have never been able to find a printer as professional as PrintIcon. They were very responsive, professional, and provided beautiful paper selections as well as an amazing end product. I guess the previous 3 bad reviews must of been from people who haven't spent much time with printers because these guys are the best!! Vahid is my personal favorite! My friends have used them and raved about them and I find them to be just GREAT!!!! Pros: professional. nice, pleasent, produce great quality work! Cons: there should be more locations! more

I cannot find any good about them.\r They will never give you a call, so you must call for update. They never be able to make dead line, yet still not give you a call to apologize. They even are proud of their unprofessional work. \r When you receive your order, I recommend you to check carefully because they cheat on you. Even it looks OK on very first card, you should break the package in front of them and should INSPECT.\r Not recommend for your sincere season's greeting card to spend your time, energy, without mention - money. Service is rude and snooty - but more importantly they wil never get to your job! I needed a rush job for some wedding stationary and was basically ignored. I'm still waiting on a quote. \r \r I work as a professional designer and illustrator but was treated with condesention when told I had designed my own invitations - before the person ""helping"" me had even seen the design. I got the impression that print icon wants clients who only use their in house design service and were pressuring me in this direction. Print Icon charged us for a rush job, did not deliver on the day promised, then promised three times the next day that the ""job would be done in an hour."" Final completion of project was contigent on the rush delivery of this job, so our project was forestalled dangerously. When we called to rectify, we were given the runaround, and finally placed in front of an inexperienced adolescent with no answers and a lot of attitude and shoulder shrugging. Absolutely deplorable.
