Print Center

I place a printing order about five days ago with an other printer. They did not finished the project for me on time. My boss was very angry on me thinking I forgot to place the printing order with the previous printer. I called around, after several phone calls, I was talking to the people in The Print Center in Beverly Hills. Other printers gave me a turn around time of three working days. The manager in The Print Center heard my problem and promised me to finish my job next day. The delivered the job to our office with no extra charge. The quality was perfect, the price was reasonable. I found a place that I can trust. I recommend this place highly. more

CUSTOMERS BEWARE. I placed a very expensive order with the owner Jim. The order took two weeks longer than expected and the quality was extremely poor. Jim, the owner, made no effort to help or amend the situation. Their workmanship really hurt my business and their poor customer service was very upsetting when trying to resolve their mistakes. more

simply nice people and great service. prices are not the cheapest, but the best quality. You get more than you money worth in other places. I have been to the print center three times, every time I had the best experience. Satisfied with my choice. I will go back when I need something. more

They were extremely helpful when I had to creat a special sign. They knew exactly what to do and it turned out fantastic. more

Poor quality, unprofessional, overpriced I placed an order with this company a few weeks ago for biz cards and postcards. I got the business cards - no complaints there. However, the postcards were really poor quality. Colors were all wrong and was not even near the quality of the file that I gave them. They agreed that the quality was poor and agreed to reprint. When i went to pick up the new batch, they said that I had to pay them again and would not give the cards. I have not seen the new work to comment, but refuse to work with such an unprofessional group. Bottom line, went somewhere else (not sure if i can disclose here), got the same work done with great results and 25% the cost of these guys. I wish I never paid them. My suggestion - save yourself the headache and the money and use someone else. more

This was my second time, I was in a bind. Print Center saved my day. They finished my printing job faster than I thought with great care. I recommend them 100% . Pros: professional staff and friendly service Cons: can not think of any more

I thought this was going to be my savior. I had a last minute job, I went here, the guy said he'd be able to get it done for me in a hour. I made sure we were very clear about what had to be done. I left and came back 50 minutes later. He said he wasn't quite done yet.. that was okay, I just waited. Then, 10 minutes went by, and still nothing. So I asked if I could see just one - I was asking for 25 to be made. He didn't even have one finished. He then explained that he couldn't figure out why it wasn't printing. He asked if I could look at his computer, so I sat down, and saw that the print function was set to print to a post script file, and not even send it to the printer. So I pointed that out and showed him that he needs to choose what printer he wants it sent to. Are you kidding me!! I'm helping HIM on the computer, showing him how to print at HIS print shop?! And for the price he was charging me, this was ridiculous!! And the worst part of it all... he never could figure it out. I waited 2 hours for this print job and walked away with NOTHING. Thus meaning I missed my deadline, I failed my client. Wow. NOT ACCEPTABLE from a professional printer. Don't go here if you need something done quickly and guaranteed on time. Pros: Nice guy. I am so glad, I found The Print Center. The job they did for me was perfectly done. I needed some announcement printed in rush. They turned around the job right on time. The Print Center saved my job. My boss asked me to print announcements for our next event. I went to three different printers, no one could finish the printing job for us with limited time we had. The price The Print Center gave me was the best price among the quotes I had. Others were not sure if they could do the job. Print Center had no problem with it, eventhough; they were so busy. When I received the announcements, I was very happy and thanked every employee for a wonderful and beautiful job as well as good service. Pros: Good friendly service and quality printing Cons: I can not find any more

I went to the Print Center to get a job printed that I was told is easy and only takes a few days. The project was for a surprise birthday gift and I went with plenty of time to spare, according to their turnaround time and estimates. After the job got delayed over and over again, for two weeks, I was anxious. Nobody was returning my calls or emails and when I spoke with someone they were short, rude and un-helpful. Finally I went to pick the items up, and I almost cried. The project was SO ugly, and they had done everything I told them NOT to do... I even had written an itemized description of my exact specifications so there would be no mistake, which they must have not even looked at, completely disregarding color, paper stock and size. Then they wouldn't even offer a discount, or an apology. The man laughed at my reaction to the horrible printing, and said ""You don't like, then go!"" In later researching printers, I realized I could have done the same project for 1/3 of the price elsewhere. This place was such a bad experience, I hope everyone else reads this before they think twice about using their services. Pros: Can't think of any... I went into the print center, a printing store in the center of Beverly Hills, expecting Beverly Hills prices. I was very surprised to find that the prices were very fair for the service and the quality of the printing goods that I received. I was very happy with my job outcome. They have the best prices in town, a very friendly staff, great service, and very high quality. I went to Print Center for calenders for the New Year. I wanted them full-color on glossy paper. They gave me the best prices and the project was done before the due date. They have a really friendly staff. The professional people that work there did a excellent job on my project. That was a good start to my New Year. All my friends and family were surprised by the quality of the calenders. Pros: Nice staff and excellent results Cons: Can't think of any. more

This place did the worst work I have ever seen in my life! My 10 year old students could have done a better printing job. The words and cutting were not straight, this looked so bad! When I asked the to fix something they wanted me to pay another 100.00! I will never go there again! more
