I cannot express how impressed we are with our fence and its quality. Our pups are even happier than we are! I also want to point out that John was spot on with communication and efficiency! I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Prince and his staff. They were all very punctual and reliable which I will say is rare when getting bids from people. I also thought he was more thorough with his measurements and explanation of the service he provides. Also his price was the best of the 5 fence people we got bids from. I love my fence and would use them again. more

Chuck was excellent. Great Communication. I moved from PA to TN. I made all of the arrangements over the phone with Chuck. I set the job up for the day after settlement and on installation day Clint arrived and laid it all out. They took care of our HOA paperwork and everything went very smooth. Fence looks great. Can't say enough about their communication and work. more

We own a lake property on a cliff that needed the entire perimeter of chain link fence replaced with some steel & some aluminum picket fencing. I cannot begin to say how impressed I am with Prince's Fences! From the first time meeting Chuck for our estimate to final inspection with project manager Clint, the experience was fantastic. The honest, transparent pricing is evident when you speak with Chuck. They are willing to go above and beyond ""normal"" working hours to customize your experience. I employed Prince?s Fences to construct a wood partition between my townhouse patio and my neighbor?s patio. This was a 6? tall, 8? long capped and trimmed partition with two 6x6 posts. The communication was excellent, the work was great. Everyone was courteous and professional. I did have a small issue that needed corrected and they addressed that immediately. I highly recommend this company and would use them again should the need arise. more

Their service is exceptional. Chuck and his crew were extremely professional. Chuck provided amazing consultation and also helped with our HOA approval process. Once we had our approval, he had his crew come over at very short notice and we now have a beautiful scalloped cedar fence just 3 days after we got our HOA approval. His crew was amazing and did quality work. Our final balance turned out to be less than the initial estimate. Very honest company that delivers great quality! Highly recommend! more

I did a lot of research for fence businesses to compare quality, honesty, and professionalism. I chose Prince's Fences to install a privacy fence. Chuck, the owner, is easy to work with. He leaves his contact number and is very quick to return calls. I was impressed with Chuck and his team. Each one knowledgable, professional, and friendly. Give Prince's Fences consideration when you want consider fencing. I appreciate, too, that he answered all my questions concerning different options and why one fence might be better over another. We were familiar with Prince's Fences from our previous neighborhood so we had seen the quality of work they do first hand. That coupled with their bid being way under others made the decision process easy for us.\r I loved the professional yet personal service we received throughout the entire process and our fence is just BEAUTIFUL! Chuck Prince answered all my phone calls and questions with patience and courtesy. The crew that installed our fence was professional, courteous and very fast. They did an excellent job and did it quickly which was much appreciated as we have three dogs. They cleaned up our yard after the build and before our final bill John came by our home to personally ensure we were happy with the final product.\r We are just thrilled all around with the entire process and experience! more

When Chuck came round to give the estimate it was clear that a more professional job would be hard to find. He asked everything that he needed from me, even things I hadn't thought of. He then explained in detail how the job would be done. He wasn't the cheapest, but he wasn't overpriced either. The end result confirmed all this. I got a solid fence, with solid gates all made with quality materials right down to the nails. I wanted a great fence built to last. I got what I wanted.\r \r Chas L - Mount Juliet more

Kudos to Chuck Prince & his team for a painless process from estimate to completion of my fence project. We've all had the experience of salespeople who overpromise & underdeliver...well, Chuck Prince delivers what he promises. There is no hidden agenda & he makes sure he has all the specs down correctly from the very beginning. He is also very accessible & highly professional. I got one other estimate from a company who changed some of my specs which I noticed in the fine print of my quote. Red flag! If you want quality & professionalism, then go with Prince's Fences for your fence project. You won't be disappointed. more

Great Service 7/31/2011

Chuck and is team were great. They installed the fence quickly and it looks very professional. The gate is the best I've seen and it locks, something our old gate did not do. He sticks by his one year warranty and already replaced a board for us that had split after installation. Very pleasant to deal with and well-organized. We were very happy with our new fence and by his service. more
