Great Enhancement for Lee 10/8/2010

Ever since the birth of This shopping center in Lee some 10 years ago it has been a wonderful attraction for locals, passers by, and people from at least the three closest states. The shops seem to be a frequent rendezvous spot for many, since there is so much to do and see during a wait. more

small but nice 1/14/2007

This outlet mall is smaller than most, but it still has a good variety of stores. It does not take a long time to shop all the stores and there is a good variety of places to eat in their food court building or you can always get something to snack on tat the peppridge farms outlet. The Bombay company store is going out of business and will probably be gone sometime in early 2007, but it is a great place to stop and shop when traveling the mass pike, since it is right off the exit. more

Prime Outlets in Lee are a great stop for your shopping needs. It's really excellent if you're traveling along the Mass Pike and need a break (it's right off the Pike, easy to find and convenient), or if you're vacationing in the Berkshires and realize you need something (remember Mass. is tax free for clothes) and don't want to pay inflated tourist prices. They have it all- clothing for men and women, home goods, gift items, shoes, kids...many of the brands you're used to seeing at Outlets (J Crew, Carters, Mikasa, Leggs/Hanes, etc.). It's not a huge mall, so you can easily visit all the stores in one visit. One things that is different from a lot of other outlet malls is that you can drive up around through most of it, which is excellent if you're dropping someone off or picking up, or if you just want to see what's there. The food court is a bit chaotic and noisy, but it's big and has a lot of variety (Chinese, pizza, sandwiches, Flamers grill, candy shop, etc.). Plenty of parking. more

A tiny version of Woodbury Commons 9/7/2006

The Prime Outlets in Lee are a fantastic place for your shopping needs - clothes, kitchen accessories, shoes, kids...what's great about these outlets - they've got many of the large brands (Anne Klein, Calvin Klein, but NO Anne Taylor!) plenty of parking spaces, and you can actually cover all the stores in one visit. If you like Woodbury, then, well, this place has a LOT fewer stores. If you find Woodbury overwhelming, then Lee is your place - it's just so much easier to get around, fewer people, great prices, no sales tax! Lee is a bit farther from NYC than Woodbury, but if you're taking in a weekend Upstate this fall to gaze at gorgeous Fall Foliage, it's not far from Pittsfield, Albany, etc. Definitely a recommended stop - and, if you have time, check out nearby Lenox - a small town with beautiful boutiques. more

Outlet shopping at it's best 7/24/2005

Lee Prime Outlets is located just off Rt. 20 North at the junction of the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90). You can get here from Connecticut, from Massachusetts and from Albany, New York quite conveniently. There is ample parking for buses and cars. They have a full food court if you are hungry. Any and every outlet store you can think of is here. I go to Wilson Leather, Gap, and Easy Spirit every chance I get. Big Dog is another favorite of mine as well. The entire shopping area is well lit at night, maintained well in the winter (we have more snow then we need) and is always well-groomed aka grass and plants. It's a pleasant experience to shop here. more
