Cost me $59.00 to find out plumber wanted $1600 plus to purchase and install 2 toilets. Went to home depot and got good 2 Kohler Cimarron installed $749.01. Don't know how goo...

VERY Professional! 6/17/2016

Keith S was excellent! Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I've used a different plumbing firm in the past and my wife said no way does she want them back in our house. However, she said Keith is welcome back at any time! I especially like the fact they use American made parts where possible. Would clearly use and recommend Pride Plumbing again. more

Quick, confident and knowledgeable! 5/25/2016

I called this AM with a leaking pipe and representative Sam was here by 2. He assessed the repair, gave me an estimate and proceeded with the repair. He cleaned up his space and was very personable. I will call Pride again if I have a plumbing issue! more

David and Luis installed my RainBird sprinkler valves, and replaced an outside faucet in a timely manner and gave me good advise on how to maintain them from winter frost. more

Great service! 5/4/2016

Had utility sink installed by clothes washer in May '16. Senior Plumbing Tech David V. completed the job. He is extremely personable in addition to being very efficient and knowledgable. A few weeks prior to this job, Dave had installed a new faucet in my kitchen. I was impressed with his work then and immediately scheduled the sink job. "Pride" is good, really good. Try 'em! more

What I really like about the guys over at Pride Plumbing is that along with them having excellent service is that they are very personable. These guys are just great and they are exceptionally knowledgeable about plumbing. What I really like is that while they are very knowledgeable they are not condescending in the slightest. They will genuinely explain things to you and are even excited to do so. They do a great job fixing the problem, explaining what caused it, and giving tips on how to avoid the problem from occurring again in the future. They are definitely the best plumbing service I have every used. more

Clean and Great Service Repair 3/14/2016

Pride found the parts needed to repair my 30plus years old toilet and did it in a hour and half.....Steve C. was efficient and wore clean booties so that my white tile floors did not get marked up. Will recommend them to my neighbors. Thanks for a great job! Bob P., Pittsford more

Very Good Job done for us 3/11/2016

Our sewer had backed up leaving us with a horrible mess. I called a plumbing company starting out with "pro' as the name. I got a recording asking me to leave my name and number. I did leave my name and number. Not waiting for a call back[which I never did receive] I called pride plumbing and talked with a very nice lady. She made an appointment for me on the same day and said the serviceman would call before coming over. David V. called on time and said he was on the way over. David was very professional but also very nice to work with. He went about doing his job and I could tell he took pride in the job that he was doing. When the drain was cleared we flushed out the drain well he cleaned up his tools. The drain has been working perfectly since. David is a asset to his company and I wish there were more young men like him working in companies in Rochester and around our country. more

Great Service ! 2/29/2016

Only two months after a great service experience itch Pride Plumbing, I had to call them again. On a Saturday, in the afternoon! My son discovered a leak from an elderly water heater. Since it was old enough to vote (and drink in any state), I knew it was time for a replacement. I called Pride, and Ross (the owner) answered on the scone ring.. I explained my dilemma, and he told me that the on-call technician was finishing up on an earlier call, and should be available in about an hour. He also advised me of what steps to take to avoid further damage (we actually had about a quart of water on the floor). Almost exactly one hour later, Sam Valle; my favorite tech, called me and reported he would be at my home in about 20 minutes. Sam arrived at 4:30, with a new heater, and completed the installation by 8:00 PM. When Sam was here previously, he had remarked on the age of our tank, and gave me an estimate on a replacement. The final bill was exactly the same as his estimate! I have already recommended Pride Plumbing to several friends, and will continue to do so ! This is a great company, with great employees! more

No complaints 2/24/2016

This was my first time using Pride Plumbing. We used them in an emergency. It rained heavily and there are two big holes on the sides of the cellar and it floods the cellar. I opened the phone book and found Pride Plumbing and called them. They were here a week to fix everything. They were a couple of young guys. They're my plumbers now. more

I called Pride Plumbing in the morning and they were there that same afternoon. Keith was very prompt and professional and friendly. He thoroughly explained what need to be done and did it quickly and efficiently. I also asked him to install a more conveniently located water shut off valve, which he did. I have used Pride Plumbing several times and would use them again. more

Excellent service 2/1/2016

I had a exceptional experience with Pride Plumbing. Sam was my plumber. He was very knowledgeable on the issue I was having. Tons of problems came up and double the work. Sam stayed positive the whole time. Did not complain at all. Kept a smile on his face and even kept me from getting angry. He was very professional. He was there for a total on 5.5 hours. There was plenty of times I thought he was going to give up but he kept at it. Thanks for everything Sam! more

water heater installation 1/15/2016

David Valle arrived on the time scheduled. He was very friendly and professional. He explained all my options for a new water heater. When my selection was made the new water heater was installed in a very timely fashion. I inquired about some other issues I had and he gave me quotes to consider for the future. I will call them again when needed. I am very pleased with David and the company he is working for --Pride Plumbing more
