bad, bad, bad 7/8/2008

using another cleaner now. pride cleaners is too high priced with bad qulity. constant problems with My shirts coming back wrinkled, & not cleaned properly. lost items also a problem. never again. I now use Imperial Cleaners at 95th and Nall and get much better service and its right around the corner from My work. more

a few gripes, based on three months of experience: snarly service, button-down shirts are often returned wrinkled or with big creases where there should not be any, and frequently charges incorrect prices. more
