I did not have a good experience at this salon. I went for a brazilian waxing and I'm not quite sure what I ended up with...
First of all, I waited about 10-15 minutes before they were ready for me. Secondly, the lady who was at the front desk had hair dye in her hair. I understand you have the perks of getting your hair done while on the job, but my goodness- how unprofessional. Oh, and I probably should mention the chihuahua that was walking around. I found out he's the owner's dog. Finally, I was told to go in this tiny room where I would be getting waxed. It was gross and extremely outdated and felt unclean. The room is behind the main desk and the door opens out to the large picture window only about 3 feet away which is facing the street. How nice. Anyway, my waxing (which at other places only takes about 20-25 minutes) took her at least an hour. She kept ripping the same spots over and over again and I can't remember being in so much pain before. And I've had plenty done and never felt that bad. When it was finally over, the room was so dark so I couldn't completely tell how well the job was done but it seemed okay. But when I got home, I saw that she didn't do a great job, at all! She missed many spots and even told me to ""shave"" a few areas that she ""couldn't get."" I will never return.
