My husband and I arrived at Dune Cottage, 171 Ocean Drive, on August 18th 2012, excited to begin our beach vacation. Unfortunately the cottage we rented was not as well maintained as we were expecting. There were serious problems with both the exterior and interior of the cottage and the rental agency was apathetic & rude as we tried to resolve the issues in the days following our arrival. We would like to address these concerns with the property owner personally but have no contact information. Preston Real Estate refused to provide any contact information although they said we could drop of a letter and they would get it to the property owner. \r

Exterior Issues:\r
Outdoor shower was overgrown with weeds and littered with cigarette butts\r
Deck furniture was broken\r
Cushions did not fit the lawn furniture, many were ripped. \r
Exterior ?grass? carpet was in bad repair and posed a tripping hazard\r
Key would not turn easily in exterior door\r
Grill filthy, rusted; Propane tank e
