sales team is awful. every time i go in they have different people working there. service is bad. i always get the feeling someone just took a joy ride. last time they left my windows down in the rain. no one there ever wants to speak to you about your concerns or questions. i know there is not a giant margin on new cars but it seems like they are one law suit away from collapse. everyone there seem stressed out. its a mess. i think they all could use customer service training and i honestly wonder how they stay in business. reading there review i know i am not the only one with this experience.
