Prestige Auto Mart

When I first walked on to the lot at Prestige Auto Mart, I was greeted by a nice man named Matt. He was courteous, and asked me questions to determine my needs. I told him I was interested in purchasing two cars, one for myself, and one for my daughter. Matt took the time to explain all of my options, and he didn't seem to mind showing me multiple cars, even though I could tell they were close to closing time. I knew it would be tough to get me approved, but Matt told me nothing was impossible, and to my amazement he was right. In no time at all I was driving in my new car, and my daughter was driving too. I was so pleased with my experience at Prestige Auto Mart, that I referred two of my friends there. They both bought cars, and had a great experience with Matt as well, and the best part, is I received 2 checks for $200.00 each, just for referring my two friends. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who needs a car. Prestige Really was a better way to buy a car for me. Thank you Matt, and thank you Prestige, for getting me back on the road, and treating me like I was special. I'll never buy a car anywhere else. more

I should have known better then to go back to this place a second time with my husband after having a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience the first time I checked this place out!! We got there and met an extremely friendly salesman.. who seemed genuine but, didn't realize til a few days later how much of a liar he was! We picked a car.. worked out some numbers and all seemed good! Signed all the paper work, being rushed because it was past closing time.. told us we were all set the car was ours! told us what our payments were.. blah blah blah and sent us on our way and told us to call in a few days and we could pick the car up within that week.. well a few days goes by, I call and leave message after message with no call back and nothing but attitude on the phone from whoever they wanna call their receptionist! To make a long story short.. the car we were so called approved for days prior...and all set to pick up was ALL A LIE! No bank even approved us yet.. they couldn't find a bank to work with us, and now want co-signers and all sorts of crap.. we said forget it!!!!!! So mad we picked up the money they ALREADY took out of my account to transfer plates.. for a car that wasn't even ours like they promised! Sounds to me like they wanted to get home and rushed us to make a quick end of the day sale assuming they'd get a bank to finance us no problem.. WELL THEY WERE WRONG! AND SHOULD BE GLAD WE DIDN'T FIGHT THEIR ""WE FINANCE ANYONE OR THE CAR IS FREE"" POLICY!! do yourself a favor and stay away from these scam artist.. who take advantage of people who have no other choice but, to visit these types of places! more

Any person looking to purchase a vehicle should beware of this place! They will steer you wrong .. literally ! I have purchased many used cars and have never been spoken to in such an unprofessional and hostile way especially by an owner of an establishment . In trying to help my daughter get her situation clarified with these neanderthals, they had no concern for safety, they took advantage of a young girl , and left her to get everything on her own. They will do the same to you. Never mind getting your registration ready.. vehicle cleaned and ready for pick up ... as well insurance co. ... you are on your own ( most do that for you...not them ) we are talking about safety of a vehicle and they are not set up for mechanical diagnostics ..so they have no idea what they are selling or fixing.. Not an Auto mart I would buy from ...I feel horrible that my daughter chose to do so ..do not make the same mistake ... more
