This was my first incident ever, and I talked to my agent. I told her I didn't want to be a victim of fraud, or get taken advantage of, and she referred me to Prestige Auto Body & Frame.
I went out there and met with the owner. Ed looked at the vehicle and reviewed the report. He went over all the damages to tell me how important certain things were to get fixed. He took the time to go over that with me, and then he even gave me a tour of the facility.
His customer service and the time he took really helped me. He showed me where they dismantled the vehicles, where they stored the paint, and where they put the vehicles in to be painted. I still wanted to get a second opinion locally, so I asked a different company what it would cost. I was so dissatisfied with their customer service, but that company was willing to work with my deductible.
I was in a dilemma about whether I wanted to go with quality or someone who was willing to work with my deductible. I called Prestige Auto Body & Frame, and they talked to a supervisor to work with me on my deductible as well. Once again, the customer service was great, so I went back to them.
I would definitely recommend Prestige Auto Body, and I even carry their cards in my purse. They really treated me as their personal customer. As a woman I feel that car places often try to take advantage of me, but here they treated me with honesty and good customer service. They even contacted the rental company for me.
