Horrible Doctor! 3/6/2007

Horrible bedside manners! His specific words were, "I am not in the business of customer service " "and you need to let me drive the boat, and not you". And I am the parent of a 4 year old who is the patient. If you need an ENT do not let Dr. Berry touch you, he is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. more
