The worst place I have ever worked!Ron the warehouse manger at the Salem location talks to employees like dogs,cursing them and more!Some of the employees hate to see another do better than them and will ruin you!\r They're is a few good employees there but over all the place is a train wreck!! more

Will never use again 2/14/2012

Premier (with Mayflower) moved our furnishings from Los Angeles to Roanoke, VA. While the actual moving went OK, the bill came back with an increase over the estimate of 23%. We had picked Premier based on having the lowest estimate, however, the contract turned out to be non-binding with regard to the estimate. Premier and Mayflower were intractable around the increase in the charges. After going round with them for a while we learned there were other assumptions in the contract that weren't even published. We were taken advantage of in a way that appears to have been, in legal terms, ""unconscionable"". We are considering suing them in small claims court. more

Excellent Move!!! 8/29/2011

Needless to say, moving is an incredibly stressful process. My family and I are incredibly grateful to all associated with Premier Transfer & Storage - especially, Marina, Doc, James, & Jonathan! They were incredibly professional, courteous, patient, careful, and considerate of our needs and expectations. Thanks so much for being great and moving us to Blacksburg! more

Great customer service!! 8/22/2011

As difficult as it is to move, Premier made the experience as least stressful as possible. They had a ""daunting"" task ahead of them, with both a move from a 3-story townhome to a 2nd floor apartment during two of the hottest days this summer. I remain pleased with all aspects of service and professionalism. more

I want to thank everyone at Premier Transfer and Storage for the expeditious responses and great updates. Many thanks for your transparency, assistance, and accommodations. Needless to say that any relocation is stressful but we greatly appreciate your effort and patience! You have been great! Everyone has been wonderful in Blacksburg area. The movers were on time, careful with our belongings, courteous, polite and efficient. Our move coordinator was always availble to answer our questions with patience, always returned our calls and provided excellent information. more

Our move couldn't have been easier. They arrived on time to pack our belongings and delivered everything right on schedule during the busiest moving day of the year. The employees were friendly and professional. I highly recommend Premier Transfer & Storage. more

AWFUL MOVING EXPERIENCE 6/21/2010

I booked this company several weeks in advance for a move across Virginia. They were 5 hours late the day of our move. We paid for packing and unpacking but neither was completed. The company made many excuses but did not resolve our complaints. They even ran out of boxes! I would not recommend them at all. In fact, I would steer clear at all costs. Do not be deceived by the estimator they send to your house. Cons: Late, Unprofessional, Ran out of Boxes more

Doesn't Deal with Claims Well 2/28/2009

One of the movers we had was great, and they all worked hard. However, damage was done and the claim was almost entirely ignored. Normally when I've moved someone will come and take a look at the damage, but Premier Transfer and Storage won't even do that despite me asking them to. The say they will repair things first, but they won't even try. Pros: quick workers, prompt scheduling Cons: service, handling claims, damage to items more
