slow drain 4/4/2013

I have a old house that has slow drains. I have had them out twice in the last 3 months to snake the drain. Next is the camera to see where the issue is. My only issue is a $65 dollar difference from 3 months ago for the same service. more

Excellent from beginning to end 3/27/2013

The receptionist was friendly and efficient, the two technicians Joe and Steve were the best that I have ever dealt with. They were clean and did the job well and cleaned up after they were done. They explained what they were going to do and why and I would definitely recommend your company to other people. Thank you for a job well done. more

Orlando and their Modesto office went above and beyond to help us out with our problems. Even though it meant that Orlando would get home late at night, he made sure to stay and complete the job. When there was a small problem a few days later, the gal at their office called my insurance company for me to get authorization for them to come back. They are all awesome!! more

I was very happy with the explanation of what needed to be done to solve my plumbing problem, but I was particularly happy with the careful way the work was done so that there was no damage to the shower tile and fixtures, or soiling of my white carpet. more

Mario was very courteous and polite. Will recommend. 1/12/2013

My one complaint is Mario kept only using the snake machine for appx. 30 ft. After 4 or 5 attempts he finally put the snake in at lest 40/50 ft. That is where he finally found the clog. It took 2 hrs. and I feel if he had just done the 40/50 ft after the first or second try it would have been unclogged faster and less charge to me. more
