Beware of auburn location 7/6/2011

I have been looking for a used car and a while back I was in Sorg Nissan when a police officer came in searching for the sales guy ( Donnie) I had worked with, for child molestation charge, they fired him, but I was in Auburn and went to look at a car at preferred auto and there he was, I left immediately. He has a felony and is on probation right not for felony theft and a bunch of other convictions ( I heard the words guns and fraud) according to what I overheard the officer telling the owner at Sorg. Why would you let someone like that work with the public and their children and money???? more

Helpful staff great selection 3/3/2006

This dealership has a great selection of used cars. Thier staff is very helpful and try thier best to get you into the automobile of your choice. I have gone back a few times looking and they have always been very patient and friendly. more

Great customer service 11/7/2005

We went looking to buy a new (used) minivan. Preferred Automotive Group is close to our house so we went to see what they had. We had heard good stuff about them. We ended up taking a minivan for a test drive. I had to transfer 3 carseats over the salesman helped me with this task. We drove around for a little while pushing all the different buttons while he entertained our kids in the back. It was great. My husband commented when we were test driving that they don't give you much gas. He filled up the tank. They agreed to fix what we wanted fixed on the van and we went home with a new vehicle. more
