We were having a problem with our septic tank and flushing. Mr Woodward came and asked us a lot of questions about how our lines in the house were acting. Then he checked them out and once he had he checked the area outside where the tank and drain lines were. Once he had checked everything he explained that the drain lines were clogged bad enough that they would have to be replaced. He explained how much it would cost to do the job and we were pleased with the price. He began his work first thing the next day and replaced the lines making sure we were going to have no more trouble before he left. He was very polite & professional. He used quality supplies that should last a very long time. He did everything he said he would and made sure the job was done before leaving.
