I was going out of town + 3 days before my air stopped working. My tech was sent over immediately. He diagnosed the problem. New air was installed + payment agreement done before ...

Worst

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Saturday customer service. Lousy service to repeat and loyal customers. Precision is the only company that has serviced my home's dual AC/furnace unit...

Very good, professional and thorough. Our new furnace seems to be working much better and quieter than our old one. Our new thermostat may be off on the start time in the morning. We are still checking it. Thanks for everything and for being so prompt and quick. And for putting up with our dogs!! more

Hope it lasts longer than 15 years. 1/31/2011

We were amazed and disheartened to learn that our 15-year old furnace could not be speedily repaired because no parts were available nationwide. (not your fault, but still disgraceful). You installed an expensive new furnace for us, which is running well, and which we just had inspected. Hope it lasts longer than 15 years. thanks. more
