Very knowledgable and honest 4/7/2013

Percison was recommened to me by a friend. It's worth the drive from Claremont to have my Jetta serviced at Percision. Everyone is so knowledgable and professional. It's such a fresh of breath air to find a repair place that doesn't make you feel like you getting ripped off. more

Had a problem with the air compressor they installed not too long ago. It was a problem with the part, not the labor. They put in a new part and the faulty part was still under warranty. They corrected the problem at no charge! more

Fast and Honest Service 3/5/2013

These guys are great. They are especially good with Volkswagen, but they also fixed my parents A/C fan when they drove across country for a visit. They've fixed my clutch, catalyctic converter, fuses, and more. They're so nice and very helpful. I always feel like I'm getting good service and I never feel cheated. Family owned and operated. more

When you pull your car out of there, your . . . Auto Works! Not only can they actually fix my car but they do it with honesty, kindness and integrity. I would highly recommend them. In fact I have. Thank you to Dave, Connie, Mark, etc.! It's nice to finaly find a place I trust to take my car. more

Warranty savings 2/7/2013

Another great job! The crew at Precision found a couple of issues after servicing my car, which happened to be covered on my extended warranty. After dealer repairs were performed (over $1400.00) the service adviser remarked that I must have a really good mechanic to have spotted those issues, and I assured him I did. Thanks Dave and Precision Auto!! more
