My 11 year old Mercedes needed some work and a friend recommended bringing it to see Rob Gustin at Precision Automotive. He and his talented technician were able to repair for $60 what we had been told had to be a replacement part for over $500 not including labor! You better believe we will going back there the next time a problem with my car arises! Pros: null Cons: null more

A great shop...honest 10/7/2010

I have been a customer of Precision Automotive since 2001, and will never go back to the dealer!! My wife and I have owned many cars, all serviced by Rob @ Precision, since then: BMW 330Ci, 745Li, Mercedes S500 and E320, and even my little project car!! I was always pleased with the service more

Reliable, Reasonably Priced, Expert Mechanics 12/16/2009

Precision Automotive is reliable and reasonably priced. I have been a customer since 1985. Precision serviced my 240D, 300CD, 300SEL, and currenly my C280 and S320. I drive 20K - 30K miles a year and I have NEVER had a breakdown, because Precision lets me know when preventive maintenance is required. They make every effort to accomodate my schedule. I have recommended Precision to my friends and they have reported to me that they have been very pleased with the service they received. more

Overpriced & dishonest! 11/22/2005

I had been using another Mercedes Benz repair shop for quite some time & thought Id try Precision Automotive, a shop that has received some very good online reviews. I can tell you that Im sticking with the other shop as I was shocked at their prices and their excessively long list of immediately needed repairs. They told me I needed many thousands of dollars of repairs that [as it turns out] were unnecessary. My other shop says if it aint broke, dont fix it. I will not go back to Precision Automotive. more
