This place has a great view of the airlines taking off and landing near National airport. The view of these planes is spectacular. It is a great place to bring an airplane lover. The food here is decent. I think it is slightly overpriced. The service is very good though. The waiting staff here is very professional. more

Potowmack Landing 4/5/2006

This place is a great place to have a nice meal and to watch airplanes landing. This restaurant is conveniently located close to Regan National Airport. It is amazing to watch the planes land here. The food is also great. So it has the best of both worlds. I’m a big fan of their seafood dishes. I had a nice salmon entrée the last time I dined here. more

Good food, great view 3/22/2006

I took my then-fiancee to Potowmack Landing for dinner for his birthday last year. The food we had was good--mostly seafood and American favorites--and the view is great. We sat out on the deck and watched the planes land at National Airport and watched boats on the Potomac. We even saw our Congressman, Jim Moran, eating dinner there! more

Great food and an even better view 8/22/2005

Located in the Marina just North of Old Town, this restaurant has a gorgeous view of the airport and the city. One of the few decks in the city you can sit on the water and see the monuments. The food is equal to the view, and it is a marvelous place for celebrations and special evenings. Make a reservation for a weekend night. Dress is nice....lots of high schoolers there during prom season. more
