Best lawyer 5/31/2018

I could not have asked for a better lawyer. I had never had to consult a lawyer before and got lucky and picked the best. He made sure I got the Dr. that I wanted which was very important to me. He then got me a settlement that I did not expect. Mr. Pothitakes and his staff was very attentive and helpful with all my questions and made me feel at ease. more

I did a search online for a Workers Comp Lawyer, and decided to go to Pothitakis Law Firm after reviewing the rating. I am very pleased and happy with the outcome of my case. A Great Attorney 5/9/2017

Nicholas was easy to work with and always had my best interest at heart. He answered all of my questions, in a timely manner,and his staff was always helpful and considerate. When Workman's Comp left me hanging, making it so I had to pay for my own injury, he fought and Won my case,and I was reimbursed in full. If I ever need assistance again, he is one I would call. more

Niko and his staff are amazing! When my husband sustained an injury at work that required surgery, we thought we could handle everything and would not need a lawyer. Boy were we wrong! After a failed surgery and the insurance company ignoring our requests for further medical care we contacted Niko for help. Both he and his staff worked very hard to fight for my husband's care and benifits. They always answered all our questions and when we needed help they were on top of it promptly. Niko ultimately succeeded in settling our case for a very fair amount. Don't try to go it alone call Pothitakis law firm! more

Niko is the man 4/5/2017

I sustained a pretty large tear in my Rotatkr Cuff in 2013. I hired Niko after it became obvious my company had no interest in restoring me back to something close to 100%. Niko did a fantastic job not only explaining my case but also fighting through all the issues that hindered my well being. Thanks to Niko and his staff, I am satisfied with the settlement I got. My case was denied by my employer 3/9/2017

From the first day I walked into Nikos office, I felt very comfortable that he understood my problem with my injury. My company denied any benefits but Niko fought for 2 years and brought it to hearing and we won our case. He and his staff are always available to talk and answer any questions. I just can't thank him enough. If your looking for a fair, tough and knowledgeable attorney, go no farther. Niko will go to the furthest mile to make sure you get what is deserved. more

Woul and do recommend 12/4/2014

Mr Pothitakis and his law firm were very helpful, professional and attentive to all details of my case, they took care of me in such a way that I didn't need to worry about anything, they sought treatment for my injuries and in the end got me a fair settlement, I dont believe I would have been treated as well without them, I highly recommend them if you are seeking a workman compensation lawyer. In my previous review I only gave them 1 star but ment to give them 5+ they certainly deserve a 5+ star ratting! more

If you are hurt at work call them! 8/28/2013

Niko and his staff will help you get the results you deserve. After having an injury my husband was treated horribly by management. At one point the company doctor issued restrictions and they called him and made him change them. They told a specialist they would fire him if he had restrictions. Eventually they did fire him still insisting he was not injured despite multiple drs saying he had a permanent injury. Niko and his staff helped us win a VERY substantial award! We are very thankful for Niko and his staff and everything they have done for us! more

They will help you 1/26/2013

I was badly injured at work. I was off work 4 months. When i was released to go back to work, I was treated like nothing has happened. I finally turned to Pothitakis Law Firm. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. I was treated with respect. I found someone who listened to me, and they earned my trust. The high ethics in the Pothitakis Law Firm are amazing. Niko Pothitakis helped me get a fair settlement. He always treated me in a manner that made me realize I mattered to his firm. He always kept me aware of what he was going to do, as he fought for me. I felt he was completely prepared for my hearings, and he acted in a very professional manner. He still checks in to see how I am doing. Niko Pothitakis 6/30/2012

Niko visited our AFSCME Union meeting to advise us of our rights under work comp law. I had recently been denied any benifits by Sedgewick for a work injury and had given up hope for any justice. I was ready to settle for nothing and move on. Niko agreed to take my case on a percentage of the settlement, if any, plus expenses (which were minimum). Niko worked very hard on my case and was always available to me, I felt as if I were his only client. Slightly over a year he was able to obtain a great settlement. I would advise everyone, even if you "think" you are being treated fairly, to seek out Niko for his advise. I believe Work Comp Insurance is never looking out for your best interest, Niko Pothitakis is! Sincerely, Rich Taylor more

This was my first time working with a lawyer and I was very skeptic at first. Although I hope to never need a lawyer again, especially a personal injury lawyer, if I did I would go back to Niko Pothitakis. Niko and his staff were very supportive, caring, and timely with all my inquiries. After almost 3 years, we were finally able to settle and I am now able to move forward and passed my car acc ident. To me I think my car accident was the most horrific thing that has ever happened to me and Niko and his staff were very sensitive to my needs.
