I have been using Posty Cards for a few years now. I like that Posty Cards has a wide variety of Birthday and Anniversary Cards to purchase for employees, so we are not sending out the same cards every year. The website is very easy to use and has many choices. Would highly recommend! more

Great value, Great Deal, Great Service 12/8/2010

Top Notch Customer Service. Huge Selection, Quality Cards, ALL AT - CAN NOT BE BEAT PRICES! I searched a lot of web-sites for days. I came across Posty Cards and was very happy with the price and the selection. I didn't even get to see them all. I placed my order, 4 different birthday cards and all occasion cards. I had a little trouble with the mailing address vs. the billing address. I added this to my comments and I was e-mailed the solution and the rep handled the changes for me. I had e-mailed one other question about the order and I was given an answer within minutes. When my order was being delivered I was sent an e-mail as well. The attention to detail, the follow-up and the care is a long lost art that Posty Cards has revived. The customer service alone was enough to start singing the praises of this company. When I got the cards I was so happy to see they were perfect and just as advertised, Exactly what I ordered and the prices can not be beat. I'm very happy. more

Such a Deal! 11/25/2010

Needed to order come Christmas cards. Used to use all the standard places, but heard about PostyCards. Went to the website, and was shocked. Their prices were about half of all the others - ALL the others! I decided to give them a try anyway (after all, if it sounds to o good to be true, it usually is!).\r Ordering on line was easy. Found the cards I wanted. Then went through all their steps for personalization. Even after choosing most of the upgrades, their prices were almost 1/2 of everyone else. I ordered anyway (because if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is!).\r I got my cards within a week. 300 of em. I figured I'd better check them over, because if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is! They were exactly as I ordered. Actually, that's not true. They included a little langniappe (something extra). A bunch of thank you cards that I could use to send out to my customers and friends.\r \r Guess what: If something sounds too good to be true (and it's PostyCards) -- IT AIN'T. I'll be back for all my card needs. more

Horrible Customer Service!!!!! 9/25/2007

The lady who answered the call was very rude and was speaking down to me as if my question was stupid and she was obviously very annoyed with me (and her job). They definitely DO NOT employ the A-player mindset. I won't be doing business with this company!!! more

Poor Service, Poor Quality 8/1/2007

It took me 3 tries to get a catalog sent to me from this company. I went with this company on the recommendation of a friend that said they had low prices. When I got my order the inside of the cards had smudged ink on more than half of the cards. I called and spoke to a very rude representative that obviously had no clue. I had to tell her 3 times what was wrong with the cards. Then when I received the 2nd order it was the wrong item. Finally on the 3rd try they got it right, but then a week later I got a bill for another order. After 3 phone calls to their billing department they finally realized their mistake. This woman was even ruder than the customer rep I talked to. Overall, the quality of the cards wasn't that great. The card stock seemed cheap and their were design flaws in several of the cards. I don't dare complain again for they might bill me again. Next time I'm using Cards Direct. I used them before this company and never had any problems, even if their prices are slightly higher. more

Horrible customer service! 2/8/2007

I tried ordering online, but kept getting ""this page cannot be displayed"" errors so got frustrated and decided to call instead. The rep was rude and kept telling me to go online instead. When I got the cards they were bent up and I was short 22 out of a 200 card order. I won't buy from again. Cons: Poor service, short items, poor quality more
