Postal Works

I visited their shop today (1/8/13) to drop off a FedEx package -- I had been sent an item that I never ordered from a business and they asked that I return it to them (they sent me a FedEx waybill via email) -- I stopped by Postal Works because I have given them plenty of my business in the past and they have always been pleasant and helpful (although a bit higher cost than USPS or FedEx). Because I wasn't certain how to attach the waybill, I left the package open and I was told that it would cost me $0.50 to tape the box!?! As much as it may seem nit-picky of me not to just pull out the change and call it good, I was astonished that they were going to nickel and dime a patron for some silly tape. It is truly amazing to me. I left, drove up the street to FedEx, and dropped the package off there -- the FedEx lady taped the box 3 times around and charged me... wait for it...zero dollars and zero cents! Sadly, I won't be visiting this business ever again. And, if you do, I suggest more

I love Postal Works. I know when I go in that I will be treated very nicely by kind, smiling people who are there to help. I love looking at all the little knick knack items and the card collection is great. more

I LOVE this store. They always have the cutest card selection and very interesting, unique gifts. The staff is so friendly and they really try hard to get to know you. It's the best place to go for mailing packages and theres rarely a line!! Best of all, they sell mocha drinks! Just honk! more

This is a good little neighborhood store that offers mailing services. The prices are a bit higher but that's what you pay for convenience. The store has some really nice gift and greeting card selections. PROS: Conveniently located CONS: more
