This business is not a good experience. The first time I went into this business, one of the employees was eating on the floor and laughing, laughing while I waited to be serviced. The second time, the employee was trying to service four people at the same time and was so confused when she got to me, she screwed up the transaction. The third and final time, they wanted to charge $60 for a parcel which was originally shipped by UPS for $14.00. Not going there ever again. more

Horrible service 6/20/2012

The service here was horrible. I was told to wait so one employee could talk to another about a different situation (in my experience with customer service the person in front of you is more important than other items. The lady talked to me like I was 2 years old and told me I could not ship the package without even knowing any details about what it was. I had preprinted a form from home and she said I had to go to a real FedEx office to use that label. I always ship similar packages from kinkos and similar offices that are NOT FedEx. She interrupted me several times and kept repeating things slowly and loudly. I began explaining something to her and she walked off to help another customer. I will gladly drive an extra 10 miles to avoid the rude people here. Guess it would suck to be uneducated in your 40s working at a mom and pop mail shop. more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 10/19/2011

The people running this place were incredibly rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and down-right grumpy both to the customers and to eachother. Two of the employees (may have been the owner/manager) were arguing very loudly the entire time I was there and were making people incredibly uncomfortable. They were beyond immature with their display of resentment - clearly a power struggle going on here. They were both ignoring their customers & even made a mistake addressing my packing label because of their fighting. It became personal when the guy came up to me and said "I'll help you with that" in a grumpy tone. I said kindly "thanks, but I'm already being helped." For some reason he took my response quite personally and said to me (slowly, as if I were hard of hearing) "I SAID I WOULD HELP YOU WITH THAT!!" I was immediately put-off by his attitude and met him at his level of shouting with my reply "AND I SAID I WAS ALREADY BEING HELPED!" Another employee had to step in because he would more

owner or manager very rude and uniformed for being the boss, doesn't know whats going on and certainly doesn't know how to work with people, she was very rude to her employees while I was in the store and not willing to help with situations, I will do all I can to discourage people from using her services, the one by K-Mart much better and certainly more pleasant and willing to go the extra mile......................... more

Great service! 7/29/2005

This store was previously Mail Boxes Etc. for those of you who don't recognize it's new name. The service here is great! You can use this business as a private post office as they offer indoor boxes for your mail to go. Very convienent and not nearly as busy as the actual Post Office. more
